Rent this Facility

Payment Instructions

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required at time of confirmed reservation.  This can be made be etransfer to office@eaglebaycamp.com or a cheque made out to Eagle Bay Camp.  

The "Rental Agreement" and "Registration" must be completed and signed by the person who is designated responsible for the group and sent along with the deposit.

The balance of your account is due, in full, prior to your group leaving the camp (unless previous arrangements have been made with Camp Director).

 

For multi-day rentals, there is no charge on the last day of your rental.
